Bloomington native, Audrey Schultz, founder of
Brown County Coffee & Tea, has used her decades of expertise in coffee sourcing, blending, packaging, and tasting to curate a new collection of premium loose leaf teas.
Brown County Tea features world-class selections of caffeinated and artisan hand-blended herbal teas. Each blend is crafted in small batches, using the finest ingredients, many organics, to share with the local community and

Roasted with Care
Every batch of our coffee is roasted with careful attention. Sasha Divine, our Head Roaster, meticulously executes our roast profiles with precision and consistency each week. His attention to detail ensures the level quality and flavor is enjoyed by our customers in every bag and cup.
Exceptional Quality
Sourcing the highest grades of sustainable 100% Arabica coffees from all over the world allows for maximum quality to be shared with our customers. We carefully craft each variety to showcase maximum aroma, flavor, and body. All our coffees are roasted and delivered weekly, with roasted-on date to bring our customers the freshest product.
Continued Craft
As of autumn of 2023, we are proud to introduce our new smokeless, odorless roasting system featuring eco-friendly, 80% less carbon emissions. Meticulous cupping in our coffee lab allows us to maintain quality and consistency. As a craft roasting business, we are always refining and striving for excellence.
